$50/$100
hu on betfair vs xxTheTiltxx, we played 1 table first and i doubled second hand hitting 3 jacks and then a further $6k more ($16k up) before i had a $22k downswing and had just $4k left, i got back to $10k though and we opened another table up then i went on a real rush and finished up a few buyins, no huge pots- the biggest was $31k when i caught a flush on the river (after calling a large bet on the turn out of position with just 3rd pair and nut flush draw). i ran very good, making alot of good hands with him making slightly worse hands.
i didn't intend on playing today but i saw xxTheTiltxx just about to start a session so i sat down to speak to him and we decided to play. despite todays win i still feel a little unmotivated so maybe no more play for a bit or maybe i will, depends if i feel good about playing suddenly.

how much did you win overall today?
keep it up, remember you win that 3k a day thats over a million in a year, and thats conservative.
"no huge pots- the biggest was $31k"
LOL
Hey mate,
I know you know this but don't play if you're not bringing your A game, half hearted poker is the worst and we don't want you losing the nice BR you've just rebuilt.
Take it easy

Hi Blue, good to hear that you're letting the game come to you and not forcing yourself to play. Sounds like your game selection is pretty good lately too.
Keep up the good work.
good 4 you mate :)
Just wanted to say still enjoying reading and to echo what wombol was saying in his comment. If you dont fel like it you dont have to play. This allows you to have the big earning days and then sit back and say "ahhh, this is the life" That sure beats working for a living!
all the best
Good to hear you're still going for it. If you could add my link it would be much appreciated. johnsdreamon.blogspot.com

Hi Ed
I run a new UK pokersite on the ipoker network.
It's called POKER UTD and is aimed at football fans who love poker.
We are looking for 3 good internet cash players to bring on board as managers. We have one and need two more. Your name has been mentioned to me and It's great that i've found you.
It's not just the usual rakeback offer etc The package will actually include shares in the company.
Forgive me for contacting you on your blog but I haven't got your email address.
Drop me an email and i'll explain more.
Kind Regards
Ashley Revell
Managing Director

Ed,
I really hope your streak continues. As others have said, stick to a solid game selection and you'll be much better off. I'm sure no one who regularly reads your blog wants you to go busto again, so hopefully you can make a step forward, withdraw a few quid to enjoy, and then start playing games you're fully rolled for. You mentioned NL5000 in your last post, with the roll I assume you have now, you're more than able to play that and withstand the swings (assuming you find the right players to play and avoid the mega tilt).
As a sidenote to Ash, I remember playing you a few years ago when I was just starting out on Bugsys Club. Best wishes for your new venture.
If i got the same Ashley, i remember him as that guy on the C4 doc who sold everything and went to Vegas and stuck it on red on one spin
Congrats on a fine display in taking down the Britbloggerment game!
Hope to see you back to defend your title next week!
cheers,
Acorn
ps hope you gonna invest the winnings wisely :-))
