A MINUS DAY

i've undone alot of this weeks running good with a £4700 loss today. i lost 2 minimum buyins at betfair $25/$50 ($1500 x 2) and played a very small amount at £10/£20 but the vast majority i lost on £5/£10 and $10/$20. i was about £450 up at the end of the afternoon. later on i lost £500 straight away at £5/£10 but managed to build my stack to get in the green by £500 on that table as well as doing ok on another. then i lost a £3k pot with a lower flush and was only £150 up. from there it went down and i finished the session down £2800 (-£2350 for the day). i had one more session after midnight. playing 2 tables hu on £5/£10 and $10/$20 vs joeylove. i minimum bought 11 or 12 times between the two tables, and lost it all, in about 20-30minutes. i was probably wrong to play hu against him, as there is little or no value in playing him and the variance hu is too risky for my current roll. i'll be playing only $10/$20 betfair tomorrow and £2/£5 mostly on crypto, unless i have an excellent session and may then move up.
